What it is not
The consultation is not a medical opinion. Whether surgery is right for your knee is decided by the orthopaedic team, from your own X-rays and history, and if you are not a suitable candidate we tell you honestly. Nothing is committed until you say so.

Who you will be talking to
Medidash Global is a Bangkok-based medical travel facilitator that coordinates knee replacement at three partner hospitals. The hospitals perform the surgery. We handle everything around it: the surgeon assessment from your own X-rays, a fixed written quote with inclusions and exclusions stated, travel guidance, airport transfers, a hotel near the hospital and an English-speaking coordinator with you in Bangkok.
Your details are used only to arrange your consultation and are never sold or shared without your explicit consent.
Common questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation to book anything afterwards. There is also no extra cost to you for arranging your treatment through Medidash Global if you do go ahead.
Who will I speak to?
An English-speaking coordinator from Medidash Global, based in Bangkok. The coordinator is not a doctor. Questions about whether surgery is right for your knee are answered by the orthopaedic team at the partner hospital, as part of a free assessment from your own X-rays, if you decide to take that step.
Do I need to send X-rays?
Not for the consultation. It is a conversation about prices, hospitals, travel and recovery. If you then want a written quote, the next step is sharing recent X-rays and a summary of your medical history for assessment.
Do you guarantee the outcome?
No, and nobody honestly can. Knee replacement has well-documented success rates and well-documented risks. What we commit to is an accurate assessment, a quote with the exclusions stated, and coordination that does not disappear once you have paid.
