Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This site, kneereplacementthailand.com, is operated by Medidash Global, a medical travel facilitator at 1655 New Phetchaburi Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you enquire, request a free consultation, or contact us on WhatsApp, you may share your name, email address, phone number, country, and information about your health, including imaging and medical history if you choose to send it for assessment.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location at country or city level, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and coordinate your treatment if you proceed
- To share your imaging and history with the partner hospital's orthopaedic team for assessment, which is the purpose you send it for
- To arrange the free online consultation you request, by the method you choose
- To improve the site through aggregated analytics
What we do not do
Your medical data is never sold. It is never shared without your explicit consent, and it is shared only with the hospital assessing or providing your care. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Where your data goes
Enquiries and assessment materials are handled by Medidash Global in Thailand and shared with the relevant partner hospital in Bangkok. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@kneereplacementthailand.com, or through the contact page or WhatsApp. If you ask us to delete information that is part of an active treatment arrangement, we will explain what must be retained to complete or document that arrangement, and delete the rest.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Significant changes will be noted here plainly rather than buried.
